I was born on an Air Force base in Tokyo, Japan. When I was just one year old, my family moved to Idaho and settled in the Treasure Valley.

I have lived here ever since. I attended Payette High School, graduated from Moscow High School, and earned a B.S in Accountancy from Boise State University.

I’ve been with my life partner, soul mate, and husband since 1991. We had a beautiful 425 person sit down dinner wedding in the Botanical Gardens in historic downtown Boise and raised our son Jonathan together along with supporting one another both personally and professionally ever since.

I am the Branch Manager at Castle & Cooke Mortgage of Boise, Idaho and have been in the mortgage industry for 33 years. I’m passionate about giving back to my community and love supporting the local non-profit organizations and foundations here in the Treasure Valley.

Without my husband Michael Hummel

I would never been able to have the career I have. He was the one to get home with our son at 3:30 after school so I could continue to build my business. I would have never had a lifelong soulmate and partner and to have the luxury to build a lifelong business from 1992 forward. He's my greatest cheerleader, soulmate, partner.

He comes from a very philanthropic family himself. His family has been giving back to the community for over 120 years through local architecture and numerous investments. Their influence and fingerprints are all over this valley.
